We’re making gravlax (cold-cured salmon) today and I thought I’d share the straight-forward recipe I use! Salmon is pricey but the mark-up on store-bought gravlax is ridiculous when it’s so easy to do yourself. I spent $15 on 12 oz of fresh salmon while prepared gravlax runs around $8 per 4 oz.
